Frustrated, Barcelona Stop Chasing Neymar
- Barcelona seem to stop hunting down Brazilian striker Neymar. Now, Barcelona is rumored to divert shots to other players as a replacement for Neymar.
Blaugrana are reluctant to waste time hunting down Neymar. Moreover, a number of Barcelona offers in the 2019/2020 transfer market were rejected by Paris Saint-Germain.
Quoted from FOX Sports Asia based on Don Balloon's report, the defending champions of the Spanish League are aiming at all-round players from the Dinamo Zagreb club, Dani Olmo.
Dani Olmo could be the ideal Neymar replacement for Barcelona. Like Neymar, Olmo can also play as a winger or attacking midfielder. What's more, Olmo has a much cheaper price than the PSG star.
Currently the selling price of Olmo, a Spanish U-21 national team player, is in the range of 36 million euros. In Zagreb, Olmo is under contract until 2021.
However, PSG refused the offer from the Catalunya club. Les Parisiens will release Neymar if the interested club provides cash without barter.
