Review Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) seems to be going soon gets Android 7.0 'Nougat'. The indication, a Wi-Fi Alliance certification has been given to one version of Galaxy A7 (2017) with a single SIM card running the latest Android OS.

Indeed, there is still no certification for the Galaxy A7 (2017) dual-SIM version as marketed in Indonesia, but it's most likely just a matter of time before the device gets Nougat updates.

Wi-Fi Alliance itself certifies after making sure the Wi-Fi feature of a device has trouble connection due to software or driver bugs. The Galaxy A7 (2017) certified model is the AM-A720F model number, the global version with one SIM slot.

In addition to Galaxy A7 (2017), information compiled KompasTekno from Phone Arena, Tuesday (18/07/2017) mentioned that Galaxy A5 (2017) running Nougat also get Wi-Fi Alliance certification. Probably, Galaxy A5 (2017) will also get Nougat updates in the near future.

Some time ago, the two previous models, namely Galaxy A7 (2016) and Galaxy A5 (2016) are known to have started getting Android 7.0 operating system updates.

Update Android 7.0 'Nougat' will add a number of new features like split screen support to run two apps at once. There is also a quick reply feature to instantly reply to incoming messages without stopping the activity being performed.

Galaxy A7 and Galaxy A5 (2017) is a mid-range mobile duo from Samsung that has similar specs, including Exynos 7880 processor, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage, 16 megapixel camera and anti-air capability with IP 68 certification.

The difference between them lies in the screen size, where Galaxy A7 (2017) carries a 5.7-inch display panel, while Galaxy A5 (2017) is 5.2 inches. Galaxy A7 battery (2017) is also larger, ie 3600 mAh versus 3,000 mAh.
