Pihak Istana : Persilakan HTI Gugat Perppu Ormas ke MK

Istana open voice related plan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia filed a judicial review on Perppu No. 2 Year 2017 on Amendment of Law No. 17 of 2013 on Society Organization. 

Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung stressed that the Palace strongly respects the HTI step. 

'Because the constitutional rights can be done by anyone,' said Pramono at the Presidential Complex of Bogor, West Java, Friday (14/07/2017). 

However, the Palace is confident of the contents in the Perppu. Pramono said the Perppu was not processed only at the level of government, but with other institutions, one of the Constitutional Court (MK). 

'The government believes that the steps taken are careful and careful, because (the process of making the Perppu) involves all stakeholders, of course consulting the Constitutional Court, so we believe that,' Pramono said.
