He warned, arresting racist actors must be accompanied by appeals to the brothers in Papua so as not to carry out anarchist acts. So it does not make the situation worse and hinder the handling of problems that occur in East Java.

Muhammadiyah Youth also said that all citizens have the same abilities and opportunities. Then Papuans must also be part of the development of the Indonesian Nation.

"Muhammadiyah Youth also instructed the Muhammadiyah Youth Force Preparedness Command (Kokam) that Papua is our brother, must be protected, all must be protected," he said.

Sunanto added, the Muhammadiyah Youth instructed Kokam in various regions to coordinate and work together with the security forces and local Papuan leaders to guard the Papuan Dormitory everywhere to create a peaceful atmosphere.
