Hukuman Seumur Hidup Bagi 3 Pelaku Pembunuh Gadis Dalam Karung di Tegal
Lima tersangka pembunuhan terhadap Nur Hikmah (16) yang mayatnya ditemukan terbungkus dalam karung di Desa Cerih, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah dijerat pasal berlapis. Mereka diancam dengan hukuman maksimal seumur hidup.

Kelima tersangka yakni, Abdul Malik (20) dan Saiful Anwar (24), keduanya warga Desa Cikura, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal. Kemudian, Muhammad Sopro’i (18), dan NL (17), warga Desa Cerih, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Kabupaten Tegal; dan AI (15), warga Desa Kajenengan, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal.

The police chief reasoned, the two articles alleged were referring to the Child Protection Act system, which is that diversion does not apply to the two suspects because of the threat of a sentence of more than seven years. "In the Protection Act, we may be diversified if the threat of punishment is under seven years," he said.
The police chief said the killing began when the victim left home with the perpetrators at a tourist spot on Friday, April 26, 2019. They binge drink (alcohol) at the place for fear of being seen by residents.
They next move to an empty house. In that place, the suspect Abdul Malik had sex with the victim Nur Hikmah by watching four other perpetrators.
After intercourse, the victim had said harshly to the suspect Abdul Malik. Because of the influence of alcohol and jealousy inflicted on the victim who was often associated with other men, Abdul Malik who was already married desperately strangled the victim. He was also assisted by four other suspects.
AKBP Dwi Agus Prianto said, in the murder, the suspect Abdul Malik was the executor of the murder.
The suspect admitted he had strangled the victim. Four other perpetrators also helped hold the victim's shoulders, arms and legs so that he did not revolt.
While the suspect Muhammad Sopro'i searched for plastic sacks and raffia ropes to tie the victim. After the victim died, the five suspects then worked together to tie the victim's hands and feet, then put it in a plastic bag.
The perpetrators then placed a sack filled with the bodies of the victims in the abandoned house. They then left the victim until the body was finally found on Friday, August 9 last.
