Exotic Tile Waterfalls in West Sulawesi

he eight-tiered waterfall at the summit of Mount Sarambu Malute, Sarambu Mamasa Village, West Sulawesi is gaining popularity among tourists. This waterfall is surrounded by beautiful nature, with clear and fresh water.  No wonder during school holidays like now, this place is very targeted citizens and tourists. This natural tourism object is located about 10 kilometers from Mamasa City and Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi. 

This waterfall can be reached by car or motorcycle. However, you need trekking as far as one kilometer to reach the location. Throughout the trekking trip, you will be treated to a panorama of the original wilderness. 

Unfortunately until now the local government has not set the potential of this attraction. During the rainy season, road conditions become slippery due to damp and muddy. Other facilities such as toilets, rest areas, or other facilities are also available. 

Near the waterfall, live a married couple who became guardians of the sights. This waterfall began to popular because many tourists who upload it on social media. 

'I started reading in social media because interested and curious, I then invite family to travel here,' said Etti, tourist from Mamuju. 

Another visitor, Yermia, said that it was the third time he visited this waterfall. Yermia invites a number of friends of his students to enjoy the beauty of Malute Waterfall attractions. 

'It feels calm, cool, and fresh,' said the student from Mandar.
